  • Half hour $65 · One hour $125

Half an hour or a full hour?

The honest answer is that it depends on whether you already know what you are working on.

From $60

Half an hour

Enough time for one thing. You hit, the coach reads the numbers, you leave with a single change to work on.

  • You already take lessons and want a check-in
  • One fault you can name — a slice, a chunk, a putting stroke
  • You would rather come often than come long
From $100

A full hour

Enough time to find the problem and practice the fix while someone is still watching. Most first lessons should be an hour.

  • Your first lesson here, or your first in years
  • You are not sure what is wrong, only that something is
  • You want video reviewed properly rather than glanced at
  • A whole-swing rebuild rather than a tweak

Half an hour twice is not the same as an hour once — the second half of an hour is where the change gets rehearsed. If you are choosing between them and it is your first visit, take the hour.

What a lesson costs

Every name books that professional directly and shows only their availability. Neil and Jeff share the lesson types, so you choose the length on the next screen; Aaron has services of his own, so his links arrive with the length already set. Four one-hour lessons at $450 saves $50 against booking them singly — mention it when you book. Lessons at Magic City are paid online when booked. Lessons also run at Thompson Golf Academy at Pine Tree Country Club, where they are paid in the golf shop on the day.

The swing evaluation is free

Time with a professional at no cost. You hit some balls, they watch, and you get an honest answer about what would actually help — whether that is a lesson, a club fitting, or more practice on something specific.

No obligation, and nobody will chase you afterwards.

Bringing a junior?

Junior group classes are $149 a month for about four classes, or $219 for about eight — for beginners and for those past that stage. They can bring their own clubs, or use our U.S. Kids sets.

Same fault every time?

It may not be a habit. Neil is TPI Level III certified, and a screen finds the physical limitation a swing is compensating for.
