Waivers and policies
None of this is required before you book. You can sign when you arrive. It is here so that anyone who would rather read it first, or fill it in for a child before a junior class, can do that at their own pace.
Adult waiver
For anyone 18 or over using the bays, the putting green or taking a lesson.
Parent waiver
For a parent or guardian signing on behalf of a junior, including junior classes and camps.

Return policy
We exchange rather than refund. Gift card funds can move between services.
Terms of service
The terms that apply to bookings, memberships, clinics and use of the facility.
Return policy
Thompson Golf Inc., Magic City Indoor Golf, and/or Magic City Junior Golf Tour, do not offer refunds, only exchanges for services. For example, if you receive a gift card for instruction, but decide you would prefer to use it as a membership to the indoor facility, we can easily transfer the funds towards a membership. Products purchased are returned through the company’s return/exchange policy (Ping, PXG, Titleist, etc). Please read over and understand that company’s return/exchange policy. Broken items can easily be exchanged through the third party company from which the product was ordered and can be facilitated by Thompson Golf Inc. Most often shipping costs are nonrefundable unless a product is damaged.
